QORVANIX Shelving — a metre of order at a time

The Vltava run assembles with a mallet and a level and then simply refuses to be the problem: rivet connections holding stated loads, shelves that repitch in seconds, and edges rolled so hands survive the honesty.

Boltless does not mean casual. Our rivet and clip systems assemble with a mallet and a level, hold their rated loads with certified margin, and reconfigure without a single sheared screw. Steel is pre-galvanised or powder-coated; shelf edges are rolled so pickers' hands stay whole.

Design & Craft

  • Reconfigures without sheared screws or bad language
  • Stated shelf and bay loads on the label, tested with margin
  • Pre-galvanised or powder-coated steel throughout
  • Mallet-and-level assembly in minutes per bay
  • Rolled shelf edges — pickers keep their knuckles
  • Rivet connections hold rated loads without a single bolt

Care

Load heaviest at the bottom, keep aisle faces clear of overhang, and check upright plumb yearly. Powder-coated surfaces clean with neutral cleaner; galvanised needs nothing but honesty about impacts.

Questions, Answered

Will it fit my room exactly?
Runs are modular with corner and filler solutions; send dimensions and we draw the layout free, aisle widths included.

Powder coat or galvanised?
Dry, heated spaces: powder in RAL 5010 or 7016. Damp, cold or outdoor: galvanised. Mixed sites mix finishes — the drawing says which, where.
