QORVANIX Workshop — where repairs stop wandering
Tool walls are 5S you can lean on; the Turris leans back — steel panels rated for the heavy hooks, polymer where cutting edges rest, and a layout service that draws the wall before you drill it.
Workshop furniture here is plated, welded and honest: 100% -extension drawers with full load at full pull, perforated backs on a standard pitch so tooling moves with the work, and coatings that shrug off oil, coolant and Mondays.
Design & Craft
- Welded box-section frames; stated static loads on the plate

Care
Keep drawer loads within rating and slides stay silent for decades. Perforated panels take standard hooks — do not drill the frame. Touch-up paint and spare slides are catalogue parts.
Questions, Answered
Beech, multiplex or steel top?
Beech for edge tools, multiplex for general fitting, galvanised steel for welding-adjacent and washdown areas. Swappable later — tops are parts.
What load does the bench really take?
Stated static load on the plate — measured with the load spread across the top. Point loads from vices and presses are in the manual, honestly.
The QORVANIX Promise
Racking systems are engineered by their manufacturers to EN 15512, with load notices supplied per bay — compare the stated loads with your pallets before you order.
