QORVANIX Safety — steel that takes the hit
The Triglav takes the hit so the rack never learns about it: column guards for the everyday clip, end-of-aisle barriers for the cornering truck, and fixings calculated to yield in the guard rather than the slab.
Safety equipment here is mechanical honesty: gates that cannot be open on both sides at once, barriers tested against real trolley masses, and markings that survive floor scrubbers. Everything installs to a plan and photographs well in the audit report.
Design & Craft
- Replacement is minutes; the rack never knows
- End-of-aisle barriers take the cornering truck
- Snap-on polymer guards for the light-impact zones
- Anchors calculated to yield in the guard, not the slab
- Column guards absorb the everyday clip

Care
Test gate operation weekly in live aisles, keep barrier fixings torqued, and repaint scuffs with the supplied signal coat. Guards are sacrificial by design: budget them like brake pads, not furniture.
Questions, Answered
Are the gates compliant for mezzanine edges?
Pallet gates keep one side closed at all times by mechanism, meeting edge-protection requirements; certificates ship with each gate.
Do guards damage the floor when hit?
Fixings are calculated to yield in the guard, not the slab; after a hit you replace a guard, not a floor panel.
