QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
Dynamic racking pays rent in seconds saved; the Traversa collects daily — brake rollers govern the speed, indexed carts keep depths honest, and every lane re-pitches to the cartons you actually run.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is calculated to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Care
Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing plaques. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book the certified EN 15635 inspection yearly; the first one is included.
Questions, Answered
What about rack inspections?
Annual expert inspections to EN 15635 are bookable with one email; the first year is included. Damaged components are replaced from Prague stock — never straightened.
Can I extend the system later?
That is the design intent: bays extend, beams re-pitch on 50 mm steps, and our records keep your configuration's calculation current as it grows.
The QORVANIX Promise
Storage is commissioned, not couriered. Our crews anchor, level, torque and plaque every installation — and hand over the paperwork your insurer and auditor will ask for.
