QORVANIX Workshop — where repairs stop wandering
Tool walls are 5S you can lean on; the Svratka leans back — steel panels rated for the heavy hooks, polymer where cutting edges rest, and a layout service that draws the wall before you drill it.
A workbench is a machine with no moving parts: welded box-section legs, tops in beech, oiled multiplex or galvanised steel rated in stated kilograms, and height options set for real spines. Drawers run on ball-bearing slides rated in cycles, not adjectives, and every bench takes vices, rails and rebuilds for decades.
Design & Craft
- CNC tool holders index taper sizes cleanly
- Welded box-section frames; stated static loads on the plate
- Height options and levelling feet for real floors
- Drawer slides rated in cycles at 100% extension
- Steel where impacts live, polymer where edges do

Care
Oil beech tops twice a year and after deep cleans; steel tops want a wipe of light oil where coolant lives. Drawer slides are lubricated for life — just keep chips out. Levelling feet: check after moving, then forget.
Questions, Answered
Beech, multiplex or steel top?
Beech for edge tools, multiplex for general fitting, galvanised steel for welding-adjacent and washdown areas. Swappable later — tops are parts.
Are drawers rated at full extension?
Yes — 100% extension slides carry their stated load fully open, cycle-rated. That is what separates workshop furniture from furniture.
The QORVANIX Promise
Storage is commissioned, not couriered. Our crews anchor, level, torque and plaque every installation — and hand over the paperwork your insurer and auditor will ask for.
