Walkways are streets for buildings; the Statera paves them — galvanised outdoor variants with their own certificates, grating that grips in rain, and connections designed to be inspected, not hoped about.
A mezzanine is the cheapest floor you will ever buy — if it is engineered like a real one. Ours are: columns and primary beams calculated to Eurocodes, decking chosen for the load and the trade, stairs and edge protection to standard, and the full documentation pack for building control.

Sweep grating so drainage stays honest, replace worn nosings promptly, and log point loads that were not in the design brief before they happen, not after. The yearly structural walk-through is bookable with one email.

Yes — bolted systems dismantle and re-certify at the new site; our engineers re-calculate for the new slab and use.
What loads can the floor take?
Designed to your brief and plaqued accordingly — typical light storage runs 350–500 kg/m²; heavier is a design choice, not a hope.
