QORVANIX Shelving — a metre of order at a time
Archives are warehouses that lawyers visit; the Stabilis dresses accordingly — clean lines, labelled everything, and certified loads that make the fire officer's visit boring.
Shelving earns its keep in millimetres: shelves that hold their stated load without the sag that slowly unsorts a warehouse, uprights slotted on a 25 mm pitch, and finishes — powder or galvanise — chosen for decades of hands and totes. Every bay ships with its load label, because 'it looked strong' is not a number.
Design & Craft
- Rolled shelf edges — pickers keep their knuckles
- Closed runs keep dust off the decade's paperwork
- Label frames and index systems included per bay
- Pre-galvanised or powder-coated steel throughout
- Stated shelf and bay loads on the label, tested with margin

Care
Load heaviest at the bottom, keep aisle faces clear of overhang, and check upright plumb yearly. Powder-coated surfaces clean with neutral cleaner; galvanised needs nothing but honesty about impacts.
Questions, Answered
Can shelves be repositioned?
Yes — 25 mm pitch on the uprights, no tools on boltless systems. Loads per shelf stay as stamped regardless of position.
Powder coat or galvanised?
Dry, heated spaces: powder in RAL 5010 or 7016. Damp, cold or outdoor: galvanised. Mixed sites mix finishes — the drawing says which, where.
The QORVANIX Promise
One standard across the range: if it would not survive our own contract-logistics sites, it does not ship with the QORVANIX mark.
