QORVANIX Automated — floors that fetch

The Regula holds the dense stuff: coils cradled, dies on roll-out shelves that change without a crane, moulds addressed and anchored — point loads stated, slab calculations documented.

Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is designed by the manufacturer to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Care

Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.

Questions, Answered

Is the racking certified for my loads?
Every configuration is designed by its manufacturer to EN 15512 and ships with per-bay load notices. Compare the stated loads with your pallet weights before ordering — ask us if you are unsure.

What about rack inspections?
Racking in use should be inspected regularly by a competent person in line with EN 15635. Damaged components must be replaced, never straightened.
