Replace any guard that has done its job — absorbed energy is spent energy. Check anchor torque after impacts and yearly, keep yellow surfaces clean enough to mean something, and photograph everything for the audit file.

Rated barriers state absorbed energy and tested impact classes; guards are sized to your truck masses and speeds. Send your fleet list and we specify honestly.
Do guards damage the floor when hit?
Fixings are calculated to yield in the guard, not the slab; after a hit you replace a guard, not a floor panel.
