QORVANIX Bins — small parts, found on the first try

Bulk handling rewards the boring virtues; the Ortler has them all — walls that shrug tips and tumbles, insulation that holds temperature through a shift, and skids that meet standard forks without negotiation.

Bins and containers are logistics' small change, and small change compounds: virgin polypropylene that survives frost, oil and forklifts, stacking geometry that locks true, and colours that stay legible in year ten. Sizes follow module dimensions so shelves, trolleys and totes agree with each other.

Design & Craft

  • Stacking geometry locks true; loads stamped per model
  • Virgin polypropylene: frost, oil and forklift tolerant
  • Module dimensions match shelving, trolleys and lanes
  • Colours and labels legible in year ten
  • Insulated variants hold temperature through a shift

Questions, Answered

Do bin sizes match the shelving?
Yes — module dimensions align with our shelving and trolleys, so columns stack clean and lanes stay straight.

How much load do the containers stack?
Stacking loads are stamped on the container and stated per model — measured loaded, not empty. Mesh pallets state gate-side limits separately.
