QORVANIX Mezzanines — the free floor above the floor

Walkways are streets for buildings; the Orlice paves them — galvanised outdoor variants with their own certificates, grating that grips in rain, and connections designed to be inspected, not hoped about.

A mezzanine is the cheapest floor you will ever buy — if it is engineered like a real one. Ours are: columns and primary beams calculated to Eurocodes, decking chosen for the load and the trade, stairs and edge protection to standard, and the full documentation pack for building control.

Care

Keep the load plaques posted and respected, edge gates closed, and stair nosings intact. Inspect bolted connections at year one, then per the documentation pack. Alterations only with engineering sign-off — floors are systems, not shelving.

Questions, Answered

What loads can the floor take?
Typical light storage platforms are rated 350–500 kg/m², stated per model — check your slab and building requirements with your engineer before ordering.

Can it move if we relocate?
Yes — bolted systems dismantle and re-assemble at a new site; have the new configuration checked by a competent person for the new slab and use.
