QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
Pallet racking is bought in bays and trusted in decades; the Modus earns the decades — EN 15512 calculation in the pack, beam locks that inspect at a glance, and steel that holds its numbers, not just its paint.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is calculated to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Care
Keep load plaques legible, anchors torqued to schedule, and never exceed stated beam loads even briefly. Replacement components ship from Prague stock — racking is repaired by part, not by apology.
Questions, Answered
Is the racking certified for my loads?
Every configuration ships with its EN 15512 static calculation and per-bay load plaques. Send us your pallet weights and slab details; our engineers confirm the exact configuration before dispatch.
Do you install and anchor it?
Yes — our crews anchor, level, torque and plaque every installation in CZ, EU-wide by quote, and hand over the documentation pack your insurer expects.
