QORVANIX Mezzanines — the free floor above the floor
Buildings rent height for free; the Modus collects it — services routed in the structure, sprinklers and lighting coordinated on drawings, designed for erection by an experienced installer.
Platforms and walkways are built for the two audiences that matter: the people on them and the inspectors under them. Grating that drains and grips, kick plates and handrails to standard, and connections designed for inspection — nothing hidden, nothing hoped.

Questions, Answered
Do you handle permits and building control?
Permits and building control are the customer's responsibility. The manufacturer's documentation — calculations, drawings, certificates — is supplied with the goods to support your process.
What loads can the floor take?
Typical light storage platforms are rated 350–500 kg/m², stated per model — check your slab and building requirements with your engineer before ordering.
The QORVANIX Promise
