QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Magnus holds the awkward metres: tube, timber, profiles and boards on arms rated per arm and per column, with pitch that adjusts on slots while the column stays loaded. Long goods, finally straight.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is designed by the manufacturer to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Care
Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.
Questions, Answered
Do you install and anchor it?
No — we do not provide installation. Racking must be anchored as the instructions require; have assembly done by an experienced racking installer and keep the documentation for your insurer.
What about rack inspections?
Racking in use should be inspected regularly by a competent person in line with EN 15635. Damaged components must be replaced, never straightened.
