QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Krok holds the awkward metres: tube, timber, profiles and boards on arms rated per arm and per column, with pitch that adjusts on slots while the column stays loaded. Long goods, finally straight.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is designed by the manufacturer to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Care
Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.
Questions, Answered
Can I extend the system later?
That is the design intent: bays extend and beams re-pitch on 50 mm steps within the same system — keep your configuration documents current as it grows.
Is the racking certified for my loads?
Every configuration is designed by its manufacturer to EN 15512 and ships with per-bay load notices. Compare the stated loads with your pallet weights before ordering — ask us if you are unsure.
The QORVANIX Promise
Goods ship flat-packed or palletised with the manufacturer's instructions, anchor specifications and load notices — the paperwork your insurer and auditor will ask for stays with the goods.
