QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Hostivit bay is the warehouse's basic sentence: two frames, beams on 50 mm pitch, and a load plaque that turns tonnes into filed objects. Starter and extension logic keeps every future aisle cheaper than the first.
These frames are built the way bridges are built — with numbers first: section moduli chosen with margin, baseplates and anchors specified for a sound concrete slab, and beam connectors that lock with an audible, inspectable click. Galvanised options run outdoors and in coolers; the documentation runs everywhere.

Care
Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.
