Galenit Cantilever — Outdoor Galvanised
Tax included where applicable. Delivery, anchoring and commissioning arranged by the site office.
QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Galenit holds the awkward metres: tube, timber, profiles and boards on arms rated per arm and per column, with pitch that adjusts on slots while the column stays loaded. Long goods, finally straight.
We build frames the way bridges are built — with numbers first: section moduli chosen with margin, baseplates and anchors sized to your actual slab, and beam connectors that lock with an audible, inspectable click. Galvanised options run outdoors and in coolers; the documentation runs everywhere.
Design & Craft
- Galvanised outdoor versions carry their own calculations
- Tolerances to EN 15620; load plaques per bay included
- Anchors sized to your slab; torque schedule documented
- Beam locks click in, inspect out — audibly and visibly
- Arms rated per arm and per column, stamped both ways
- Arm pitch adjusts on slots without unloading the column

Care
Keep load plaques legible, anchors torqued to schedule, and never exceed stated beam loads even briefly. Replacement components ship from Prague stock — racking is repaired by part, not by apology.
Questions, Answered
Can I extend the system later?
That is the design intent: bays extend, beams re-pitch on 50 mm steps, and our records keep your configuration's calculation current as it grows.
Do you install and anchor it?
Yes — our crews anchor, level, torque and plaque every installation in CZ, EU-wide by quote, and hand over the documentation pack your insurer expects.
The QORVANIX Promise
Storage is commissioned, not couriered. Our crews anchor, level, torque and plaque every installation — and hand over the paperwork your insurer and auditor will ask for.
