QORVANIX Safety — steel that takes the hit
The Custos takes the hit so the rack never learns about it: column guards for the everyday clip, end-of-aisle barriers for the cornering truck, and fixings calculated to yield in the guard rather than the slab.
Protection steel is the cheapest accident you will ever have: column guards and barriers engineered to absorb stated energies, anchored to the slab with calculated fixings, and painted in signal yellow that means what it says. Sacrificial by design — the guard crumples, the rack does not.
Design & Craft

- Signal yellow that survives floor scrubbers
- Snap-on polymer guards for the light-impact zones

Questions, Answered
Do guards damage the floor when hit?
Fixings are calculated to yield in the guard, not the slab; after a hit you replace a guard, not a floor panel.
Will the barrier actually stop a forklift?
Rated barriers state absorbed energy and tested impact classes — match them to your truck masses and speeds using the stated figures, and ask us if you are unsure.
The QORVANIX Promise
Goods ship flat-packed or palletised with the manufacturer's instructions, anchor specifications and load notices — the paperwork your insurer and auditor will ask for stays with the goods.
