QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Constans makes gravity an employee: push-back carts glide pallets deep on sealed rollers, carton-flow lanes feed the pick face first-in-first-out, and replenishment stops interrupting picking forever.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is designed by the manufacturer to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.
