QORVANIX Workshop — where repairs stop wandering

Benches decide whether repairs wander; the Columna anchors them — reinforcement zones drilled for vices, power routed beneath not across, and under-bench modules that rearrange as the work changes.

A workbench is a machine with no moving parts: welded box-section legs, tops in beech, oiled multiplex or galvanised steel rated in stated kilograms, and height options set for real spines. Drawers run on ball-bearing slides rated in cycles, not adjectives, and every bench takes vices, rails and rebuilds for decades.

Design & Craft

  • Drawer slides rated in cycles at 100% extension
  • Perforated backs on standard pitch take the tool wall
  • Under-bench modules rearrange as the work changes
  • Cable trays and power rails route beneath, not across
  • Vice-ready reinforcement zones drilled and stated
  • Tops in beech, multiplex or galvanised steel — swappable later

Care

Keep drawer loads within rating and slides stay silent for decades. Perforated panels take standard hooks — do not drill the frame. Touch-up paint and spare slides are catalogue parts.

Questions, Answered

Can I add vices, rails and power later?
The tops and backs are drilled and slotted for it. Accessories fit a standard pitch, and retrofits never void the rating.

Beech, multiplex or steel top?
Beech for edge tools, multiplex for general fitting, galvanised steel for welding-adjacent and washdown areas. Swappable later — tops are parts.
