QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically

The Citadel holds the awkward metres: tube, timber, profiles and boards on arms rated per arm and per column, with pitch that adjusts on slots while the column stays loaded. Long goods, finally straight.

These frames are built the way bridges are built — with numbers first: section moduli chosen with margin, baseplates and anchors specified for a sound concrete slab, and beam connectors that lock with an audible, inspectable click. Galvanised options run outdoors and in coolers; the documentation runs everywhere.

Design & Craft

  • Arms rated per arm and per column, stamped both ways
  • Tolerances to EN 15620; load plaques per bay included
  • Designed to EN 15512; manufacturer's documentation per configuration
  • Anchors sized to your slab; torque schedule documented
  • Beam locks click in, inspect out — audibly and visibly
  • Long goods: tube, timber, profiles, boards — held straight

Care

Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.

Questions, Answered

Can I extend the system later?
That is the design intent: bays extend and beams re-pitch on 50 mm steps within the same system — keep your configuration documents current as it grows.

What about rack inspections?
Racking in use should be inspected regularly by a competent person in line with EN 15635. Damaged components must be replaced, never straightened.

The QORVANIX Promise

Racking systems are engineered by their manufacturers to EN 15512, with load notices supplied per bay — compare the stated loads with your pallets before you order.
