QORVANIX Automated — floors that fetch
The Cella keeps production breathing: tote shuttles buffering work-in-progress between takts, kitting lanes sequencing parts to the line's heartbeat, and throughput stated in totes per hour — measured, then promised.
Automated storage is a building that moves: vertical lifts and carousels with drives sized for duty cycles rather than brochures, positioning measured in millimetres, and controls that speak to your WMS in standard protocols. Commissioning and operator training are arranged through the manufacturer's service partner.

Care
Train every new operator on the handover materials, keep the controller's error log unedited, and call service at the first repeat fault. Uptime is a discipline shared between your cleaning rota and your spares shelf.
Questions, Answered
What about power and floor requirements?
Each unit lists its supply, footprint and slab loading — confirm anchoring and floor flatness on your site before ordering.
How accurate is the inventory?
The controller counts every movement; cycle counts reconcile in the software. Most sites retire their annual full count within a year.
