QORVANIX Shelving — a metre of order at a time
Mobile shelving is compression with manners; the Cardo keeps the manners — safety edges on electric drives, handwheels geared for one-hand starts, and rails that recess or ramp to the slab you actually have.
Shelving earns its keep in millimetres: shelves that hold their stated load without the sag that slowly unsorts a warehouse, uprights slotted on a 25 mm pitch, and finishes — powder or galvanise — chosen for decades of hands and totes. Every bay ships with its load label, because 'it looked strong' is not a number.
Design & Craft
- Rails recessed or surface-ramped to your slab
- Rolled shelf edges — pickers keep their knuckles
- Upright pitch 25 mm; reposition without tools on boltless
- Pre-galvanised or powder-coated steel throughout
- Drives: handwheel or electric with safety edges
- Mobile bases double density by deleting idle aisles

Care
Wipe shelves dry after spills, respect stated shelf loads, and re-level feet after the first month of settling. Clips and rivets are stocked spares; a bay reconfigures in minutes with a mallet and patience.
Questions, Answered
Will it fit my room exactly?
Runs are modular with corner and filler solutions — check your dimensions and aisle widths against the stated specifications before ordering.
How fast does a bay assemble?
Boltless bays assemble with a mallet and a level in minutes; bolted runs take longer and hold forever. Both ship with stated shelf and bay loads on the label.
The QORVANIX Promise
Modular systems reconfigure as your warehouse changes — bays extend and beams re-pitch without scrapping the steel.
