QORVANIX Safety — steel that takes the hit
Site traffic is physics with schedules; the Bulwark referees — rated impacts, honest anchor plans, and pedestrian rails that make the safe path also the obvious one.
Safety equipment here is mechanical honesty: gates that cannot be open on both sides at once, barriers tested against real trolley masses, and markings that survive floor scrubbers. Everything installs to a plan and photographs well in the audit report.
Design & Craft
- Pedestrian rails separate feet from forks
- Anchors calculated to yield in the guard, not the slab
- Rated to absorb stated energies — sacrificial by design
- Heavy barriers tested against real trolley masses
- Two years parts and labour; guards stocked fifteen

Care
Replace any guard that has done its job — absorbed energy is spent energy. Check anchor torque after impacts and yearly, keep yellow surfaces clean enough to mean something, and photograph everything for the audit file.
Questions, Answered
Are the gates compliant for mezzanine edges?
Pallet gates keep one side closed at all times by mechanism, meeting edge-protection requirements; certificates ship with each gate.
Will the barrier actually stop a forklift?
Rated barriers state absorbed energy and tested impact classes; guards are sized to your truck masses and speeds. Send your fleet list and we specify honestly.
