Dynamic racking pays rent in seconds saved; the Berounka collects daily — brake rollers govern the speed, indexed carts keep depths honest, and every lane re-pitches to the cartons you actually run.
Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is calculated to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Keep load plaques legible, anchors torqued to schedule, and never exceed stated beam loads even briefly. Replacement components ship from Prague stock — racking is repaired by part, not by apology.
