QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically
The Bastion bay is the warehouse's basic sentence: two frames, beams on 50 mm pitch, and a load plaque that turns tonnes into filed objects. Starter and extension logic keeps every future aisle cheaper than the first.
These frames are built the way bridges are built — with numbers first: section moduli chosen with margin, baseplates and anchors specified for a sound concrete slab, and beam connectors that lock with an audible, inspectable click. Galvanised options run outdoors and in coolers; the documentation runs everywhere.

Care
Walk the aisles monthly: look for bent bracing, dislodged beam locks and missing load notices. Report impacts the day they happen — dented uprights are replaced, never straightened. Book a certified EN 15635 inspection with a competent person yearly.
Questions, Answered
Do you install and anchor it?
No — we do not provide installation. Racking must be anchored as the instructions require; have assembly done by an experienced racking installer and keep the documentation for your insurer.
Is the racking certified for my loads?
Every configuration is designed by its manufacturer to EN 15512 and ships with per-bay load notices. Compare the stated loads with your pallet weights before ordering — ask us if you are unsure.
