QORVANIX Racking — tonnes, filed vertically

The Basalt block stores by the lane, not the aisle: forklifts drive into the structure itself, pallets sit rail-on-rail, and floor space does double duty. Few SKUs, deep volumes, cold stores — this is their geometry.

Racking is structural engineering sold by the bay: cold-rolled profiles in certified steel, welds inspected to weld-class, and powder coat in RAL 5010 gentian or RAL 7016 anthracite over proper pre-treatment. Every configuration is designed by the manufacturer to EN 15512, tolerated to EN 15620, and delivered with the load plaques that make an inspector nod and move on.

Design & Craft

  • Cold-rolled steel; welds inspected to class by the manufacturer
  • Designed to EN 15512; manufacturer's documentation per configuration
  • Beam locks click in, inspect out — audibly and visibly
  • Guide rails absorb steering sins before uprights do
  • Powder coat RAL 5010 / 7016 or hot-dip galvanised
  • LIFO density where SKUs are few and volumes deep

Care

Keep load notices legible, anchors torqued to schedule, and never exceed stated beam loads even briefly. Damaged components are replaced, never straightened — racking is repaired by part, not by apology.

Questions, Answered

Is the racking certified for my loads?
Every configuration is designed by its manufacturer to EN 15512 and ships with per-bay load notices. Compare the stated loads with your pallet weights before ordering — ask us if you are unsure.

Can I extend the system later?
That is the design intent: bays extend and beams re-pitch on 50 mm steps within the same system — keep your configuration documents current as it grows.

The QORVANIX Promise

Racking systems are engineered by their manufacturers to EN 15512, with load notices supplied per bay — compare the stated loads with your pallets before you order.
