QORVANIX Workshop — where repairs stop wandering

The Axis files the workshop's metal library: full-extension drawers carrying full load fully open, partitions and foam that give every tool an address, and locking that logs or simply locks — your choice.

A workbench is a machine with no moving parts: welded box-section legs, tops in beech, oiled multiplex or galvanised steel rated in stated kilograms, and height options set for real spines. Drawers run on ball-bearing slides rated in cycles, not adjectives, and every bench takes vices, rails and rebuilds for decades.

Design & Craft

  • Height options and levelling feet for real floors
  • Welded box-section frames; stated static loads on the plate
  • Oil, coolant and Monday-proof coatings
  • Drawer slides rated in cycles at 100% extension

Care

Keep drawer loads within rating and slides stay silent for decades. Perforated panels take standard hooks — do not drill the frame. Touch-up paint and spare slides are catalogue parts.

Questions, Answered

What load does the bench really take?
Stated static load on the plate — measured with the load spread across the top. Point loads from vices and presses are in the manual, honestly.

Are drawers rated at full extension?
Yes — 100% extension slides carry their stated load fully open, cycle-rated. That is what separates workshop furniture from furniture.
